Rebecca Denness

For Cambridgeshire County Council

"Let's fix the potholes! With new Government money coming to the county for road repairs, now’s the time to speak up loudly for Littleport."

Vote Labour on May 1st

Rebecca Denness – Labour’s Candidate for Littleport

My name is Rebecca Denness and I’m your Labour candidate for Littleport. I’ve lived in Cambridgeshire for over 20 years, raising my two boys here.

Last county council over three quarters of Littleport voters stayed at home. That’s no surprise when politicians are rarely seen about and don’t follow up on your concerns.

My plan

If you elect me as your county councillor, I will be different. I have already knocked on hundreds of doors and listened to what you have to say.

As your county councillor, I will stand up for what matters:

Fix the potholes! With new Government money coming to the county for road repairs, now’s the time to speak up loudly for Littleport.

Better buses. Now that Labour has secured bus franchising for Cambridgeshire this means we can get on with having the routes we need, at the times we want, and for a fair fare.

Neighbourhood health care. Labour plans to create more community hubs with space for GPs to see patients locally and our dental rescue plan will bring thousands more appointments to dental deserts such as ours

One more thing, I was a candidate in the General Election in what was considered a very safe Conservative seat. I successfully slashed the Conservative majority its lowest ever in that area. With your help here, this time we can have a change of County Councillor in Littleport and bring new hope to the town.
